As an Events Director, I'm not quite the hair stylist. That said, I love what I do, and I know my mother is proud of what I've become today.

Even though my Mom didn't work outside the home after my sister and I were born, she was always making a huge impact. She was our girl scout troop leader, president of parent teacher organization, volunteered at our local hospital and even fostered babies until they were placed in permanent foster homes.

Mom taught me that you can make a difference whatever you do, wherever you are!
